We provide our buyers a 3 Days Money Back Guarantee under the following terms:

1. You need to contact us and return the product within 3
2.  days after receiving it.
3. You need to return it in its original packaging (UNOPENED).
4. RESTOCKING FEE will apply to a product not returned in its original packaging (ASSEMBLY ATTEMPTED/USED). The amount will depend on the product condition once returned and assessed by us (Normally, from 20% - 30%).
5. We can DENY your return if your product is one of the UNRETURNABLE products*
6. It's your responsibility to keep it safe in transit.
7. The refund does not include services that have been done (payment surcharge, delivery fee & Installation fee).
8. Custom or specialty items are not covered under the return policy and are considered ‘final sale’.

*The security deposit specified on your invoice will be fully refundable upon request within 14 calendar days from the date of issuance. Thereafter, the deposit amount shall automatically convert to non-refundable store credit at equivalent value.

*Things to Note:

• Mattress CANNOT BE RETURNED once used or removed from their packaging FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES.
• MDF material CANNOT BE RETURNED once assembled due to its nature.
• Marble products CANNOT BE RETURNED once used or removed from their packaging DUE TO THEIR FRAGILITY DURING TRANSIT.
• Outdoor furniture CANNOT BE RETURNED once used outside.
• MAKE OR SUPPLY BY ORDER ITEMS cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded once manufacturing has begun.

THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUND. We process refunds ONLY BY INTERNET TRANSFER to your purchase account. Please send us the bank account details with your invoice number by email (customerservice@ifurniture.ca). We will make the transfer and email you the receipt.

WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS! 

Our product carries up to 1-Year Warranty (when stated in the product information) with the following steps and terms:

1. Contact us through the live chat or ticket services to submit your inquiry with photos or a short video to showcase the issue, and please follow our guide.  
2. NO FREE COLLECTION for the warranty claims, every customer HAS TO RETURN the product by themselves back to one of our shops if advised to. 
3. If the part/product cannot be fixed, it will be replaced with the same/similar part or product. It takes 5-10 days for inspection and an estimated 7 days for fixing. We will contact you to collect it afterward.
4. Warranty DOES NOT apply to products sold as clearance, shop samples, or products that have a defect ACKNOWLEDGED BY CUSTOMER prior to purchase.
5. If you acquired goods from ifurniture for business purposes, our WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE to the goods you purchased.
6. Our warranty DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, DAMAGE CAUSED DURING ASSEMBLY, MISUSE, ACCIDENTS, AND MODIFICATIONS including but not limited to.
7. Any floor model or demo unit  & accessories(plush toys, pillows/cushions, artificial plants, wall arts, mirrors, clocks, tablewares, vases) are sold in as-is condition, the warranty does not apply and the final sale (not returnable, not exchangeable). 

Warranty Exclusions:

Foam: Flattening or loss of resiliency will occur due to normal use and aging. These are not considered a defect. The foam will conform to the shape of the user.
Lint, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
Fabric pilling: Broken fibres on the surface that are tangled together are considered normal wear and tear. Purchasing a lint remover from homewares can remove the broken fibres.
Leather upholstery: It is natural for leather to stretch into creases, it is not considered a defect.
Wood: Natural variations in colour, shape, knots, and stress marks are not considered defects of workmanship and materials.
MDF: If installed/assembled incorrectly, it will not be covered under warranty.
Glass: Small air bubbles, slight scratching, and subtle surface waviness can occur naturally and are not considered a defect.
Marble: The pattern and tones may vary slightly on each product and are not considered a manufacturing defect.
Mechanical: Components include drawer and door slides, lighting, locks, and door hinge breakage due to improper use or lack of care is not covered under warranty. 
Mattress Warranty Terms：
Our mattresses include a one-year warranty as stated in the product information. This warranty covers only the springs or structural components of the mattress.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Misuse or mishandling
Inadequate support from a weak or improper bed frame or base
Failure to rotate the mattress regularly
To maintain even support and prolong mattress life, it is recommended to:
Ensure the mattress has proper support from a suitable bed frame or base.
Rotate the mattress every 2-3 months.
Failure to follow these recommendations will void the warranty.
Please note that it is normal for a mattress to gradually soften over time as it conforms to your body shape; this natural adjustment is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under the warranty.
